Taming the wild horse
The Upanishads, sacred Hindu texts, liken taming the mind to taming a wild horse. Little by little, one needs to learn when to slacken the reins and when to draw them in.

Comfort zones render us impotent. Think about the caterpillar that prematurely died as a result of being denied its struggle of breaking through its cacoon on its own.

And in the event that we do know and yet find no favourible wind, we ought to introspect on how badly we want to go in this direction.
